allow payment for Person-Centered Support Services Family and Home-Based Family as well as in-Home Respite to support a member who resides in their natural family home during acute care hospital stays; members who reside in small group settings (4 or less) are already allowed to have support during acute hospital stays.

Inclusion of Retainer Payments

Agencies that provide day serivces (Facility-Based Day Hab, Job developmentak, pre-voc trng, and Supp Emp) will be eligible to receive retainer payments. Can only be billed for members that are not receiving planned services and only for the amt of service authorized.
